How choose the make up and hairstyle

With the last post of code of wearing, i would like put tips to womens. How choose the make up and hairstyle.

1.- Maintain the make up simple and natural.  The key for this is reforce the natural characteristic and this can help show you most Professional. You should choose natural colours, it going to be the best election.  - Use the correct base, cosmetic corrector, don't use eye shadow darkness.

 

2.-You should brush your hair and it won't cover your face. You needn't to elegant brush alls days before you go to work,  but is very important that your hair look fixed and clean. The hair in the face is definitely forbbiden and you can use bun. One advice, is use of gel dry perfect if you are lazy.

3.- Keep a good hygiene. This part is very important and it isn't excessive. You must wash tooth, you should have shower, nobody want be close to someone that have a bad hygiene.
You should use deodorant or any fragrance and if you want carry to work. Ultimate advice, if you work to public, you should carry to work mouthwash this is very important in a Work of face to face.

My Evaluation

THE FIRST EVALUATION

My learning in this first quarter has been positive because I have learned a lot of vocabulary and concepts related to human resources. I have done fun exercises, this is a way to learn and not get bored. In class we always have to speak English to develop our speaking and learning.

In conclusion, I think it has been a positive evaluation for me.

SPANISH CUSTOMS

HI CLASS!

In class, we have seen the different countries of the European Union (their language, currency, capital ...). Here I’m going to speak about Spain and some of its typical customs.

In our country, Spain, the people are very open, sympathetic, outgoing, fun….  For this reason the customs of Spain are singular.

For example, the traditional greetings are two kisses on both sides of the face, but if you are very friend of the other person or is a person of your family you get one kiss. And the boys greeting whit give the five.

The quality of timeliness few people have, because is more or less normally  to arrive late at the appointments, at work, at class… and for this reason in a lot of offices you must to sing before to star to work, for controlling.

In Spain the conversation more frequent is about football, because this sport is the most important here. All the morning when you go to the bar for take a coffee all the means are speaking about Barça, Real Madrid…. Other topic of conversation is about of politic and criticizes the politicians of one party or another.

In this country, fashion is important for women. A lot of woman follows fashion trends. Is typical go to do shopping and spend a lot of money in clothes, shoes, bags, trousers….. but actually whit the crisis is less frequent.

No is typical in this country to give tips, in a few restaurants is this custom imposed. In Christmas time is more frequently.

You can be surprised with the amount of existing customs in Spain!.

The end of the first assessment

Tomorrow we will do the examination of the first assessment. With this test we will have finished the first assessment of HDI. During this time we have learned different things, from new vocabulary or new expressions, to understanding texts and speaking in English in front of the class.

And all this we have learned while we were dealing with current issues, such as Black Friday or Halloween. This dynamic for simpler and fun classes.

Finally, we encourage everyone and for the second assessment.

BLACK FRIDAY

Black Friday is always the first Friday after Thanksgiving. In 2016, will be the 25 of November.

Unlike many other holidays, it revolves completely around shopping.

In this post I would like to comment the importance of new technologies today.

The society in which we live is totally computerized, in fact, we have different forms of communication between people through mobiles, tablets, computers, and even the Internet. All this set of elements are known as Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs).

The possibility of access to information has changed over time. Traditional methods such as books, encyclopedias ... are becoming less used . It has been possible thanks to the evolution of these technologies. 

The advent of ICTs has also affected the world of work. The availability and accessibility of this type of resources has been changing in work. We can find  some information around the worldmore quicky, with an only click. It's easy!

Also, technology in the workplace allows businesses to expand quickly and efficiently...

Conclusion: Put a plant in your office, is very healthy!!!!

Why Spanishs work more hours than the Germans but they are less productive?

Because the times are not suitable.

        

In Spain starts to work later, it takes a long time to eat and and extends the work day.

SOLUTIONS

• Begin between 7 and 9 in the morning and finish between 4 and 6 p.m.
• 45 minutes to eat.
• Flexibility for organize your time, working by objectives.
• Facilitate the reconciliation work and family, because the companies that facilitate it are more productive.

The other day in class, Begoña given an article about helping workers manage bad news, by Emma Jacobs.

First we read the text, then we searched words we don’t understand. We did exercises about the text.

                                                

Office Dress Code

According to the last article that ours teacher give to work. I see the importance to do stress in this point.

All we know that the first impression count, and this is more if we talk about laboral environment when the personal image opens the door or close it.

On a company with so much workers, the difference and  treating it get of two ways: performing of excellent way and with the best personal image.

If we want to promoting in our company, this can to be ones of the key point for to get this position or not. To get customers depends of our how dresses for to give credibility.  

Exist other companies who not use this code, it’s more important the knowledge that confront your work, but before of has the luck  to enter, has to pass for a interview who you can’t wear hoodie or flip-flops.

The clothing is something personal to comes rooted with our personality, we know that not judge anyone by their appearance, but in laboral world exist codes that depend of CEO vision.

To conclude the expert says “ One debt to dress based on his positions and responsibility, if you are a person who like casual dress, and if you have the luck of work on a flexible company, congratulations, but if not it depends of the company codes”.
